Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CloudAIphone's services, website, or applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

Description of Services

CloudAIphone provides a cloud-based business phone service with AI-powered features, including but not limited to voice calling, text messaging, voicemail, call recording, call transcription, and AI call handling. Services are delivered through supported apps and web browsers.

Account Registration

To use CloudAIphone, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use CloudAIphone only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

  • Use the service for illegal activities, spam, or harassment
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including telemarketing laws

Call Recording and Consent

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding call recording, including obtaining necessary consent from call participants. Laws vary by jurisdiction, and it is your responsibility to understand and comply with the recording consent requirements in your area.

Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime, delays, or service interruptions. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Billing and Payment

You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Intellectual Property

CloudAIphone and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CloudAIphone and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data and content remain your property.

Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudAIphone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, during which you may export it. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our services. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
